Flassy is a collection of recent Bill Shakes playlisted beats that needed mixing down before their disposable nature buries them under a digital pile in itunes. Setting things off are some feely electronic house tracks gradually morphing into more upbeat/oddball sounds.  Jay Shepheard features twice and deserves a special mention as his output has been consistently marvelous for a few years now. I love his ‘new’ take on old style house e.g. ‘Ad Arp’ makes me feel like I’m appearing in a cliff hanger scene in Miami Vice, retro deliciously superb.
