First up on this weeks Burning Earswe have a best buddy of mine Andy Newcombe who is King of the quality Disco fueled beats among other tasteful genres and with whom I’ve shared more wonderful nights than I can remember, he understands the groove (as a cheesy house record once said) as it’s in his very bones. This mix was recorded at one of his his super Discobox nights in London.

Isolee – Onionz Mash
Classic Recordings is definitely one of my favorite ever house labels. Run by Luke Solomon, Derrick Carter and other various reprobates of electronica it has consistently released beautifully crafted twisted, quirky house. I randomly received an email from their stable last week with the freebie track below kindly included. It’s a percussive mash up of the Classic “classic” Beau Mot Plage by Isolée so enjoy, download and be sure to have a rifle through the Classic discography although buggered if I can find me a Classic Recordings website? Nearest I got was their sister label Music for Freaks
